Mullite brick is a high alumina refractory with mullite as the main crystal phase. Generally, the alumina content is between 65% and 75%. In addition to mullite, the lower alumina content also contains a small amount of glass phase and cristobalite; the higher alumina content also contains a small amount of corundum. It is mainly used in hot blast furnace top, furnace body and bottom, glass furnace regenerator, ceramic sintering furnace, dead angle furnace lining of petroleum cracking system, etc.
Conclusion:
(1) the production of light mullite brick by sawdust and foam polystyrene beads composite incineration method has the advantages of reasonable structure, simple production process, short production cycle, low cost, high production efficiency and good effect.
(2) High frequency vibration pressure forming, a new technology used in the production process of lightweight mullite brick, is simple and practical, and the product performance is good, which is worth popularizing.
(3) In the production process of light mullite brick, a large amount of clinker is introduced and the production cost is low.
